This problem can be occurred at any time to any age group. When our skin becomes dry and itches too much, it starts bleeding after sometime due to the cracks in the skin. Like for example, many of us are facing the problem of cracked skin on our heels. It may be due the increased body temperature or the skin becomes too hot that it gets splits. Eczema is of many types:
As eczema is a skin irritation, so there is no permanent solution to any kind of irritation or itching. But there are some ayurvedic treatments and some creams to relieve the affected area. Dryness can be cured by using different types of lotions or creams meant for it. These creams can only provide you a little relief from pain. The medical cure also needs you change your lifestyle too in order to make you comfortable to that particular condition. For harsh itching, a tranquilizer known as antihistamine is suggested by dermatologist’s concern. Eczema can be cured only if you avoid using those chemicals that provides an environment for the allergy to grow. Hence, you should be perfectly understood from which allergens you have an allergy. So, it would be better to avoid the use of those irritants and allergens to prevent you from skin irritation. The use of moisturizers and many creams that contain fragrances and preservatives should be avoided, as they are the main source of skin annoyance. Also evade those dresses that don’t suit your body and creates itching. The best cloth is cotton that can be wore by any type of skin, as it does not cause irritation. The nutritional supplements, like flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil, are also the best ways to treat eczema problem. However, it is good if you take proper knowledge before going for any supplements. |
